How do I join My Local Rewards?
Download the My Local Rewards app from either the App Store or Google Play Store, choose your preferred venue and start saving!
Is My Local Rewards free to join?
Yes!
How do I get my 5% discount?
When you sign up and download the app, you will be issued with a digital card which sits within the app environment. Whenever you order food & beverage, simply scan the barcode on this card at the till and your 5% discount will be applied.
Can I earn points with My Local Rewards?
No. My Local Rewards is not a points-based program but offers benefits in the form of an always-on discount and vouchers that can be redeemed in venue.
How will my vouchers be issued to me?
Whenever you earn a voucher, it will appear in your app and be immediately available for use. You will also receive communication in the form of an email or SMS to alert you to your new voucher. If you are ever unsure, you can identify yourself as a member in venue and the venue team member can check if you have any eligible vouchers to use.
Is The Elgin the only venue where My Local Rewards is available?
At the moment, yes. We are launching the My Local Rewards program at The Elgin, with plans to roll this out across more pubs in Victoria and Queensland in the near future, so watch this space!
